Will this top work with a TJ that has a light bar?
No, these are designed to fit snuggly and a above the windshield light bar will cause the cover to not fit correctly.
Will this fit over a simple bikini top? (Original soft top frame and roll bar padding is removed)
A bikini or bimini that uses a channel to mount either no drill / header design may keep the door flap coverage and straps from a proper fit. That said, if that is the only accessory in place or it is a mesh style top, the fit should be okay as long as factory soft top bows and door surrounds have been removed. Thanks for your inquiry.

This will not work with a windshield-mounted light bar. The top configuration does not matter as this does not work with the top on.
