Just bought 21 gladiator with halogen bulbs, can I just pull them out and put these in?
Yes, that is how these are to be used.

I bought these and when i 1stturn them on they are brought.but after 30 seconds they dim down. Is this normal?
LED's burn brighter when they are cold so they do change depending on their operating temperature. They should not dip below the stated 1,500 lumens when they are warmed up. And please make sure that the cooling fins are free of obstruction

Can I just pull out the OEM bulbs on my 2010 JK and plug these Crown bulbs in and be good to go? Or will there be flickering, or code issues?
These have the anti flicker modules attached, they should work just fine without flickering or issues

Will these work with my 2015 JKU Sahara with factory DRL?
They will technically work. However, they will illuminate the high-beam on full power. We recommend using an AEV ProCal, Superchips Flashcal, or other programmer that allows you to change the DRL's to low beam, fog lights, or other lights that may be legal in your Country.

Do these have built in antiflicker harnesses?
