Will these wheels cause the tires to stick out further away from the fenders if I mount them on a 392 JL with extreme recon pkg. compared to the OEM wheels?
All else equal you should sit out 1.77" on inner fender and add 1" wheel size over stock for 2.77 farther out from current location relative to your fender flare. Thanks for your inquiry.

Deluxe version includes a proprietary Air Deflator Valve that allows you to quickly air down your tires to a preset pressure. Thanks for your inquiry.

No, these do not meet the backspace requirements for the ST3 Lift.

They would not be required for this wheel.
how do you set it for 15psi like the dude in the video?
You would tighten the internal screw all the way down and the spin the red deflator until the air stops coming out. At that point you will take the air pressure reading from the tire and then continue to loosen the internal screw 1/4 turn and take the air reading until you reach the desired pressure. Once that has been achieved you close the red deflator dial and now when you wish to air down you can simply spin the red dial open and it will deflate to the preset psi.
