What Crown coil springs work best with the 6-3/8" leaf springs? I want the Cherokee to be level.
The HD front Coil Spring is designed to match the HD 6-3/8" arch springs. See the following link.HD Front Coil Spring. Thanks for your inquiry.

What size bushings fit this?
The original replacement 52000504 for the shackle end and 52000503 for the main eye can be found in the Our Experts Recommend. You can also use any polyurethane upgrades that are made for factory spring eyes

I see that almost everyone is saying these lift the rear a bit, will these springs work with stock height shocks, or will the shocks need to be replaced with longer ones?
These can be used with stock shocks, which are usually ok for small lifts up to 1.5". This spring should only boost a base model about 3/4"

How much lift over stock would the 6 3/8" free arch provide compared to the 7" free arch?
Approximately 3/4" to 1" (depending on the weight of the vehicle)

What's the difference in the 6 3/8" arch and the 7" arch? I assume the 7" will come with more lift?
You are correct.

Do these come with bushings
No, bushings are not included. You can find original replacement bushings under the "Recommended Parts"

How much will these 7 inch arch version leaf springs raise the rear of my 2000 XJ?
Unfortunately there is no calculation for that. Too many variables

I got a 2000 XJ. Stock leaf springs are completely shot. Got a smittybilt bumper w/ tire rack I’m about to install but I gotta do the spring first. Are these able to handle the bumper weight plus either towing a small trailer and/or loading up to 250lbs of extra weight in the Jeep itself?
The highest coded spring from the Cherokees was LM at 2691 lbs. Which is 540 lbs over the base model springs. This spring (LT) and the LS springs were for offroad packages and were not weight rated but are stronger than the the LM so this should be able to handle the extra weight that you have added. The unfortunate part is that there is no way to determine how it will sit in terms of stock height.

Is this 2 leaf springs or 1?
This is 1 spring
