Made of metal, mounting location, fits my Mag-lite

I have two, one for each side and they keep my flashlights from rolling around on the floor.

No more flashlight rolling around under the seat. Convenient located but out of the way.

American made quality. gear design and fit! Including picking the tools and putting them away, I spent 16 minutes on this project installing on both front seats.
Two notes:
1. A side-post battery wrench fits the nuts and is small enough to fit under the seat to help tighten.
2. I used (blue) thread locking fluid on the bolts to insure road vibration won't shake them loose.

fits perfectly and came in handy right away when i witnessed an accident off a snowy road. easy access to light and was able to warn oncoming drivers ahead of the arrival of police/rescue

Easy to install, holds lightly firmly but easy to access.

Very well made. Fits snugly next to seat. I may add a Velcro strap to insure it won’t come out of the plastic clips on rough roads.

It looked really cool and mounted easily, but one of the plastic clamps broke the first time I took out the flashlight. WHY MAKE THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OUT OF PLASTIC. DO NOT BUY, FIND ONE THAT HAS METAL BRACKETS!!!
