Install went pretty smooth. I had one question, called tech support, they were very helpful. My 20yr old factory speakers sound great with the new head unit, and it looks great in my TJ. Bluetooth works well.

INSTALL TOOK ABOUT 1 1/2 HOURS.

Easy to install. Great sound. Bluetooth works well for music but not great for calls.

Faulty wire splice on the FACTORIES right front speaker wire. Did not enjoy trouble shooting this particular problem with a brand new out of the box radio. Shouldn’t have had to spend my time on this, took a couple hours looking at the 18 year old Jeep wiring not the brand new radio wiring. Other than that problem, we like the product. Lots of really cool features. Just a warning that if one speaker isn’t working to check the radio wiring first.

You wanted an honest review, Quadratec was great, love you guys, but the vendor is not great. The plug and play wiring harness was missing in the original order, the only thing that was in the box was the black plastic bracket. I had to wait another week to get the part, when it was all said and done it was 3 weeks from the original order date before I finally got my radio installed. After doing a little research online, I was able to install this kit very easily. The Sony MEX-5300BT radio is just fine and works great, but I don’t recommend buying the install kit from here because of the vendor, save yourself the aggravation, go to any store that sells radio install kits, and do it yourself.
