Does this radio already come with the wiring harness or would I need to purchase one? Also the picture shows the install kit on the radio , does that come in the package?

no where is there any mention of a cd player. descriptions don't mention any nor do the pictures show one.
The CD is inserted just above the Sony logo and in between the OFF/SRC and Eject buttons.
