Just finished the installation for the Quadratec hitch and wiring. The design and fit and finish of this product is outstanding. The installation of the hitch took about 15 minutes - simply bolt it on. The wring took me about an hour and a half at a leisurely pace. The harness is precisely designed for the JLU (I would imagine you'll have to coil some up for a JL) even down to the push in wire stays. In fact, they are so perfectly designed that the spacing helps you find the holes they're supposed to go into. The connectors are plug and play which makes everything feel like a factory connection. The only tedious part of the install is routing underneath the Jeep up to the battery. You have to be very careful to zip tie the line away from the exhaust. The factory bundle has heat shielding, this does not. Another suggestion, make sure your Jeep is completely cool as you'll be up and around the exhaust most of the time. Great product Quadratec!

Got this hitch for the dog heininger dog step. Step took a shop 15 minutes to install.

Great quality and easy installation. I am super satisfied with the final result and with how "factory-like" the final installation ended up as. The only suggestion I would have is for better images or diagrams for the installation; but I get how difficult it is to do this for the routing of the harness among everything else that is hanging under the car.

This was a very easy install on my '18 JLU Sahara w/ plastic bumpers.

Even without the correct tools (1/2" drive 18mm socket mated to a 3/8" drive ratchet w/ a 1/2" adapter was too "long" to get onto the bolt with as close as the muffler was. I ended up using a 1/2" drive breaker bar to get the OEM bolts loose and then removed them with an adjustable wrench and then in the reverse order when installing.) it still only took me about 35 to 40 minutes.

I was impressed with the ease of install, and the build quality seems good as well.

Almost bought genuine MOPAR one. But had a hard time paying triple the amount. Glad I went this route. Much less expensive and works great. Did not do wiring though. Only got it for baskets and bike racks, etc.

Fit and Finish was great.. everything went into place, it only took around 30 minutes to install. Parts quality is great. all hardware supplied is tops.
