No. These will work like that for some aftermarket bumper applications, but the Mopar metal Rubicon fog light bezels will not take these brackets for a fog style conversion. Thanks for your inquiry.
I have a 2020 Willys with stock plastic bumper and stock LED fogs will these help mount the frogs to the ORC ront Bumper? Because right now they wont.

Description states compatibility with "any Jeep Wrangler JL Sport model upgrading their front bumper." Can you confirm this is true for Sport S with the plastic bumper and LED fog lights? Other research says that they are not compatible. Thanks

No these will reuse the original screws or you can find the screw #68340509AA found in the "Our Experts Recommend" on the right of the listing. You will need 4 screws for each bracket
