It will it you choose option selection three listed Part number 11022-9930 for Jeeps equipped with a factory hardtop. That version will come with all the pieces needed for a complete installation when you do not have all of the factory soft top hardware. Thanks for your inquiry.
Are you able to use the back seat seatbelts which all items installed? Also this is able to be used without the doors on as long as the surrounds are installed correct?
Yes, seat belt function will not be interfered with. It follows the roll-bar contour into the windstopper. With surrounds in place, it could be used without doors. Thanks for your inquiry.

Can you take the top off on nice days or does this stay completely?
The top would require tools to uninstall/and reinstall. The design is intended to stay on for the summer months
So we installed our soft top, love it other than can’t get it tight enough. But my question is in order to take the top off to ride for the day with it off can we roll it to the front or do we have to take it off completely?
You would have to uninstall it for truly top off driving.
Will the rear cargo tonneau cover fit over a Tuffy enclosure system?
Yes, it will.
Do you have to take things back off to put the hard top back on? Is the material waterproof? Does It leak were it wraps around the roll bar only?
Yes, you would have to remove these to reinstall your hard top. The material itself is waterproof. This top is designed to protect you from sudden showers and adverse weather. However, this top is not designed to be waterproof and water can enter the cab during heavy down pours.
Does this work with half door uppers?
Yes
