No, Dana 30 carrier break is at 3.55. If you have a 3.73 you can go up. Now, can the original carrier handle the gearing and what you are going to do with 5.13's? That would be a different question and may be a good reason to look at someone like Yukon. These are made stronger to handle the extra loads. The Dana 30 was never imagined to go that high so its strength is not equal.
