Haven't had to use it. But appears to be a quality product.

Appears to be of decent quality. The case has open sides which allows the smaller bits to fall out if you are not careful.

recieved but missing all the torx bits and the bigger socket. emailed over the weekend, any chance yall can help me replace the missing pieces? thanks!

The torx set is really helpful and convenient. The pouch design is not good. The elastic will not hold the items secure and the bits fall out. Much better if it was In a zipper pouch it something similar.

Works as advertised. Not the best ratchet in the world, but it do exactly what's expected of it. Perfect to keep in the glove box
