Install was simple. Wouxon KG-1000G radio fit well. You may want to add lock washers as my wing nuts came loose after riding a very bumpy trail for an hour.

Ability to use existing hardware and easily remove the radio when I don't need it.

nice, but now the passenger seat can't be slide completely forward without hitting the radio.

No drill option.

Super easy to install in my 2021 2-D JL, and the placement makes for convenient wiring as well. The placement does somewhat interfere with the passenger seat sliding all of the way forward but not enough that it restricts my access to the fire extinguisher I have mounted behind the passenger seat (which is my main concern, given that I don't often have passengers sitting in the rear).

No drill install and great location for mini CB.

Easy to install and working well

Exactly what I needed. Makes mounting a ham radio fairly easy with no holes to drill in the new Rubicon. Time will tell if it stays firmly mounted.
