This is by far the very best hardtop lift and storage system on the market. I've tried other brands and I ended up replacing them. This system is remarkably well designed. It comes with two motors which really is the only way to lift balanced without tilting every time. It's also Bluetooth controlled (no internet required) just Bluetooth, which is perfect because I have a tall garage and my corded system before didn't have a long enough cord to get the job done. Plus it was always in the way. This system is sleek and looks really clean when installed. It also comes with a cargo net for the freedom tops. Nothing compares to this system. I'm a very happy customer. Top is off and balanced in less than 5 minutes!

Could be a little easier to install. The instructions that go with which way to install the tracks across the studs, and which way to place the motors on the tracks could be a little more clear than it is. Also the tracks don't provide enough room to store all the cords; would help if they were 6 inches longer. Finally, what is the red metal insert that's about 6 inches long in the track for? I couldn't figure that one out so I didn't use it.

Ease of use ability to store top off the ground

I hesitated to spend the money at first but all the other winch options had too many mixed reviews. Wasn't bad to install and works fine except for one little issue that I haven't tried to troubleshoot yet. It has a load force block out that if you try to lift more weight than it is capable of it will stop. For some reason it will NOT lift my top with my freedom tops stored in the sling like it is advertised to do.

Once this is up and running it is fantastic. I can have my hardtop removed/installed in a matter of minutes. The instructions to setup are vague. I highly recommend watching the YouTube video on the installation. It would have taken 2 hours to setup, but with the directions being vague, we had to take it down and relocate it. It took closer to 4 hours, but now it is done and worth it.

The product seems fine, but I received parts that had been opened before. The boxes' original seals were cut, with "INSPECTED" stickers laid over top of the broken seals. It did seem that everything that should be included was, but when you spend $600 on a new product, you expect a new product — not something that had been returned. Not cool.

Have had my kit for 2.5 years now, and one of the lifters has died. It is under warranty and hopefully can be replaced, but i have no clue how to get my jeep top down from my 17 foot high garage ceiling. There is no manual button or way to get the cable to move if the unit/lifter fails.

Very disappointing. After I got everything installed, I couldn't get one of the motor units to connect to the app let alone upgrade the firmware. Other motor updated and worked flawlessly. Great idea and excellent quality parts, but the software/firmware needs work.

Bought the product a couple of months ago. Just installed yesterday.

Less than 24 hours of holding the top one of the cables snapped and the hardtop fell into Jeep. Spoke with Garage Smart who were extremely apologetic. Like the concept, just unable to recommend product.

For right now, I’m rating this product at 1 star. Ordered the product back in August. Just installed the system in my garage in Florida, and don’t you know it, one of the MyLift motors does not work. Spoke with Quadratec and they told me to contact Garage Smart. Spoke with them and after some haggling over the phone they agreed to send out a replacement motor. Said it would take 4-5 days, but it’s been 8 days now and still waiting. Tried to call. No answer. Sent an email. No response. Good luck!
