I have a JK 2012 4-doors with the factory side steps / rock guards. Will these fit?
No, these will not fit with factory rock rails or steps
My 2011 Jeep Wrangler JK has running board steps. Will these mud flaps work? If not, do you have any that will work?
No, sorry they will not. Steps and or rockers and mud guards are a conflict with one another and would require some modifications to be made to fit. Sorry for the inconvenience.

These are not available for Rubicon models with factory Rock Rails and Rubicon Bumpers
