Good product for vehicles other than a Jeep Wrangler. The latch on the door of the Wrangler is too high for this product.

Agree with Tyler (4/28) . Taking it one step further (no pun intended), it's not safe from an engineering perspective. Stresses in all the wrong ways and looks prone for failure. I have a 2016 JKU Hard Rock and it isn't even close to providing a reasonably safe fit.

This product is not designed with Wrangler in mind. It’s a universal mount for rear hinge doors of any kind. Thus, it’s not effective. No solid base when latched to rear door latch of JKU and it angles upward since the pillar frame is angled. I never use it anymore because it’s wobbly.

Really not sure how this is helpful......at all. My JLUR has 1" lift and 35" tires and i still had to hoist myself up just to get to the step and I am 6'2". Even though it says it works in the back, it doesn't. There is not enough metal in the door jamb for it to rest against back there. Great job Rob and quadratec making a video that makes a $45 (that is maybe $1 of materials) item look really cool.
