The Quadratec LED fog lamps can be used along with that model of bumper. See the following link. Quadratec LED Fog. We do not have test fit data with factory skid plates, so we would expect a modification to retain one. Front license plate mounting should be done via a fairlead bracket or in a manner that will avoid drilling into the bumper. Thanks for your inquiry.
