Does the license plate holder have a light?
It is not equipped with a specific license plate light. Thanks for your inquiry.
Does the wiring use the same connector or does it have to be re-wired?

Are plugs included for the rear sensor holes if I don't have the sensors. How well do they seat if included.
Yes, plastic plugs are included and they seat well.
Does this bumper come with the lighted license plate relocation bracket shown in photos? if not where could one get it for this bumper

Does this bumper have installation points for factory back up sensors?
Yes!! Click on the" installation instructions" and there is a section that discusses the sensors.
