Does this come with the necessary components to continue to use the stock backup camera and the 3rd brake light?
No it does not come with the license plate or camera kit included. Those would be additional purchases. JLP1801 JRC1801
Is this compatible with rear parking sensors
This model does not have the provisions for parking sensors to be reused. Thanks for your inquiry.
Do you need a spare tire delete kit for the factory tire carrier?

How far open does it swing? Does it have a stop?
There is a tire carrier swing stop, and will open up a little past 90 degrees. Thank you for the question.
What is the rating for the integrated hitch?
The integrated hitch included with this bumper has a 3,500 lb tow rating.
Does it open together with the tailgate? What are the part names to mount gas can, license plate, stop light, camera and recovery jack?
This opens separate from the vehicle tailgate. Any additional mounts can be found on the LoD Product Page.
The lights are not included correct? If so, what size, 3"?
The lights are sold separate and this bumper is designed to accept 3" cube or flush lights.
Will this bumper fit with a JL that already has a trailer hitch package? It looks like it comes with one but i have the package already.
Your hitch will need to be removed to install this bumper.
