Install was quite easy. I'm not sure how much it will deflect items from hitting the windshield, as my windshield has been absolutely littered with bugs. Not sure if flying rocks will be deflected or not. But all that said, I know it will save the front of my hood from being chipped up, for sure. For the price and easy install, it was worth it.

This may be the best looking protector available for a JL, but it is far from the best product. A little extra care from the manufacturer to remove the “flashing” from the edge of the part would have been appreciated, and including installation instructions (in the box) would have been better. Hopeful that it will provide years of protection.

This will not fit a Mojave hood. . . . I installed following all instructions ( very easy) it did not fit well. Took it off and added more 3M tape. it still detached. The center does not conform to the Mojave hood. . . . $99 wasted!!!!!

I was happy at first and followed the directions to apply it. It was on my Jeep exactly 3 months before the adhesive began to come loose. Not sure what to do with it but I peeled the rest off and will probably trash it. Not worth the money.
