During the winter months the leather texture is better. With my metal shifter i freeze my hand especially in the mornings.

Nice shape for an inexpensive knob but plastic knob is kind of cheap looking with a horizontal molded seam line going all the way around the knob where the halves were molded together. Again it's not expensive.

Mediocre at best. Totally different shade of black than the Mopar shift pattern insert (much lighter) which makes it look really cheap and awful. See my pic. I also managed to mar up the rubber while inserting the insert, which made it look even worse (my fault). Pretty bummed.
