I have a 2018 JL Sport S without the LED package. I noted in the comments that some customers installed these on the same model, but wanted to confirm that I will not require anything else to prevent flicker or dash light. The version under your name specifically states it is only for those with an LED package. Thanks
These are replacement tail lights for factory equipped vehicles. These are not intended to be an aftermarket upgrade for a base halogen model, even though they can be used in that manner. In the case where you will be changing halogen to LED you may need to have the dealership flash the computer to recognize the change and apply the proper pulse to the lights. Otherwise you may get a hyper flash or other systems may be effected. These will plug into the factory wiring but you will need to verify that other functions have not been rendered uselesss.
Is there Mopar tail lights in different specifications like USA or European? If yes how can I differentiate?
There are NAFTA (US, CA, MEX) and Export LED tail lights. The best way to tell what your vehicle is outfitted with, or would need, would be to run the VIN. Please contact my customer service at 1-800-745-5337 or email [email protected] for assistance should you need it.
Will this fit my 2018 J/K?
No they will not fit unfortunately.
I will be replacing a cracked led taillight with blind spot, can I transfer the blind spot system from my current taillight over, or would I have to purchase the one with it already?
This will include the new blind spot sensor, you can just plug in the light and attach to the vehicle.
After installation, will these be functional/street legal before the dealer flash is performed?
Dealer flash is required to upgrade the Halogen system to Mopar LED

These are made for NAFTA market vehicles.
I have a Jeep Wrangler unlimited Sport S with non-LED tail lights. Can I replace with these Mopar LED taillights system as a plug and go? Do I need to bring them after installation for dealer flash? Thanks
Dealer flash is required for any upgrade to LED. If you have the LED sales code added it will work with all LED lights on the Jeep.
Can I use this to swap out my halogen taillights (2018 Sport model)?
When you swap halogen for LED you need to have the dealership enter the "LAY" sales code as a flash to your vehicle. Otherwise they may not function as needed
Hello, do these tail lights have blind spot sensors ?
This tail light does not have Blind Spot Monitoring. Part # 55213.9021 is the driver side LED tail light with BSM.
Hi, I would like to ask for the tail light... Can I use it for right handed drive jeep wrangler JL?
This replacement is for NAFTA countries. Export (BUX) locations require a different tail light that you must purchase locally. We do not have access to export model lamps at the moment. Please check your VIN to determine if your Jeep was built to NAFTA standard or BUX.
