Reviews for WeatherTech Rear Cargo Liner in Black for 18-21 Jeep Wrangler JL Unlimited with Leather Seats
Looks good and works well - no issues there - just one star off because the price seems high for what you get.
I have hadI got my rear cargo liner a few weeks ago. Out of the box I had to lie it down on the floor facing down to flatten it as it comes rolled up in the box. Installed it the next morning and it fit perfectly fine. Fast forward to now and the edge by the gate door curls up. It probably needs to pushed up closer to the back seat exposing even more of the carpet at the edge of the gate. The material is also thin and plasticky not at all like the Mopar all-weather mats. The liner serves its purpose, but if Mopar had a molded liner I would get the that instead.
PREFER THE QUADRATECH PRODUCT WEATHER TECH LINER IS TOO FLEMSEY NOT RIGID ENOUGH
Very disappointed with Weathertech, but extremely happy with Quadratec customer service over product.
The Weathertech mat came rolled up tightly in official white Weathertech box approximately 4' x 12" square at ends which mad it very wavy and extremely puckered at edge towards tailgate. I tried for two weeks to flatten mat inside warm house and with hair dryer with no success before I gave up on it. See pictures with red JL as submitted.
Called Quadratec and they were extremely understanding helpful with handling my return. I would give them five stars for customer service if I could do so separately from this order. Thank you Quadratec!!!
In the process now of ordering a Quadratec cargo mat as a replacement. I recommend you do the same.
It works, but for the price and WeatherTech's blustering about having the best fit, I am not that impressed. I haven't seen any other brands up close, but save yourself $ and don't get this liner. It is not an exact fit and slides around.
Very thin. Edges curl. Not what they used to be.
