Great upgrade

Super easy to install. I’ve got a 2015 JK Sport. I bought these for my roll bar and my dash speakers. I’m a female with little experience in mechanics. I borrowed tools from my dad, followed the directions and had no issues at all. They sound a lot better than my stock speakers but I don’t feel as if they are as loud as my stock speakers. When I have the soft top down, I like my music up super loud and I don’t feel like these get loud enough for me. Looking for recommendations.

Installed these in my Roll Bar. They sound so much better than the stock speakers. I can't wait to get another set for the dash!

Kit components

Installation not accurate for the "tombstone" tweeter replacement on the 2008 Jeep Wrangler. I installed the woofers on the rear sound deck and they sounded good. Went to install the tweeters according to instructions which indicate to 'guide the wires back into the opening". Not possible without cutting the dash or completely removing the dash as the wires/harness will not fit into the opening of the "tombstone" dash location. I then reinstalled the tweeters into the woofers but was not happy with the sound. The speakers were sent back for a refund. I would suggest just getting the KICKER rear speakers to replace instead, which I tried to do before ordering these Alpine speakers but they were "temporarily out of stock".
