Reviews for Daystar KJ09176KV 1.5" Spacer Leveling Kit for 18-20 Jeep Wrangler JL Unlimited & Gladiator JT
I got a 2.5" spacer lift for my 2-door Sport and it looks like it's squatting back. Swapping out these 1.5" front spacers to even it out.
Want to fix the saggy look the front of my gladiator has after going to a 35.
Inexpensive
It's perfect
Thank you make jeep gladiator look much better
Had a friend who owns a pro installation shop install my kit for me since I no longer choose to work off jack stands & floor jacks. Could not have been more pleased with the results this kit gave my JLU. I did replace the original hardware kit with stainless parts for about another $28.00. End result was as pictured in the firecracker red photo shows the front approx. 1/2" to 3/4" higher than the rear which is exactly what I wanted since the neoprene spacers will compress some over time. A perfect job making this Daystar & Quadratec the right solution for my JLU . .
Super easy to install and fixes the gladiator rake issues
Fit nicely. Simple install.
Seems like a quality product. Good thing for a UTube video which pointed out that the driver side Gladiator lower shock mount needed drilled to fit this. For some reason Jeep has this hole off center. If not for the vid, I would have wasted a lot of time trying to get it to fit. They need to do a test install, and THEN write the instructions.
The instructions that come with the product started out okay but then got hard to follow so we check YouTube and found a great video of this exact product going on a Gladiator so the project when much smoother after that. The shock extender on the drivers side does not fit however. A new hole has to be drilled in order for the bracket to line up properly. The passenger side did not have the issue. (The guy in the video had the same problem, so maybe a Gladiator only issue??) We don’t have much experience with doing modifications to a vehicle so we had issues with only having one side of the vehicle on a jack stand pretty high and trying to lower the front so the spring would come out and the jeep kept wanting to teeter and my wife was a nervous wreck. So after we watched another YouTube video we went and bought a couple new jack stands and put one on each side under the frame and did both sides at once it went much smoother. Probably just a rookie issue. But it worked for us. Looks great once we finally finished!!
